Welcome to Camploy, an online job marketplace designed to connect students, job seekers, colleges, recruiters, and employers. By accessing or using Camploy (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the Camploy website, mobile site, plugins, modules, and services.
- “User” means any individual or entity using Camploy, including students, job seekers, employers, colleges, recruiters, and administrators.
- “Employer” means companies, organizations, or individual recruiters posting jobs.
- “Job Seeker” means any user applying for jobs.
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Camploy and its owners/operators.
2. Eligibility
By using Camploy, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- All registration information you provide is accurate and true.
- You are using the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- You are not violating any laws, employment regulations, or college rules by using Camploy.
3. User Accounts
- Users must register using accurate details (name, email, phone, username, etc.).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Camploy is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity, misuse, or policy violations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Post fake jobs, misleading information, or fraudulent openings.
- Apply to jobs using false information or impersonation.
- Use Camploy to spam, scam, or harass other users.
- Upload harmful content, malicious code, or copyrighted materials without permission.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or misuse data from the Platform.
Camploy reserves the right to remove content or accounts violating these conditions.
5. Job Posting & Recruitment Policies
Employers posting jobs on Camploy agree that:
- All job postings must be genuine, legal, and accurately described.
- Salary, roles, and responsibilities must not be misrepresented.
- You will not charge job seekers any fees for applying or interviews.
- You will follow all recruitment laws and regulations applicable in India.
Camploy is not responsible for the hiring decisions, interview outcomes, or job-related disputes between employer and applicant.
6. Job Applications
Job seekers acknowledge that:
- All information provided in applications must be truthful.
- Camploy does not guarantee job placements, interview calls, or hiring outcomes.
- Employers may independently verify submitted information.
7. AI Interview & Automated Features
Camploy may provide AI-based features, including:
- AI Interview
- Automated Resume Screening
- Attitude Analysis / Assessments
- Profile Matching
- Lead/chat automation
By using these features:
- You consent to AI-generated responses, evaluations, or recommendations.
- You understand AI results are suggestive and not guaranteed to be accurate.
- Camploy is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
8. Data Usage & Privacy
By using Camploy, you agree that:
- Your data may be stored, processed, and used for improving recruitment and user experience.
- Employers may view your profile when you apply for a job or make it public.
- Camploy may send notifications, alerts, and communication related to jobs, interviews, and updates.
We do not sell personal data.

9. Third-Party Links & External Career Pages
Camploy may:
- Redirect users to official career pages of companies (e.g., Google, Amazon, etc.).
- Display job links to third-party platforms when permitted.
Camploy is not responsible for:
- External website content
- Their hiring process
- Accuracy of information posted on third-party platforms
10. Payments (If Applicable)
If Camploy introduces premium features:
- Payments are non-refundable unless specified.
- Prices and features may change without prior notice.
- Unauthorized payment disputes may result in account suspension.
11. Intellectual Property
- All branding, design, logos, code, and content on Camploy are the property of Camploy.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms
- Posting inappropriate or illegal content
- Abusing the Platform or other users
- Multiple reported complaints
Termination may be immediate without prior notice.
13. Limitation of Liability
Camploy is not responsible for:
- Hiring decisions or job outcomes
- Financial loss or damages due to job postings
- Disputes between job seekers and employers
- Inaccurate job descriptions posted by employers
- Technical errors, downtime, or data loss
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
14. Changes to Terms
Camploy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
